Built in 1918, this 3-bedroom character home sits on a quiet Queen Alexandra street, a short walk from Whyte Avenue and the University of Alberta. The original character shows in the high ceilings and the covered front porch. Main floor laundry opens onto the rear patio, and the mature yard faces south. An oversized single garage gives you more room than a standard single for parking, storage or projects. The house offers real choices: renovate and restore the original home, update it in stages, or plan a sustainable infill build on the lot, subject to City of Edmonton zoning and permit approval. Whichever direction you take, you start with a mature, central lot on a quiet street in one of the city’s older neighbourhoods. (id:65883)
