This is the website of an independent real-estate brokerage or REALTOR®, built on software provided by Realtor Web App. Using it means accepting these terms, together with the brokerage's own terms in their section at the bottom of this page.

Listings shown here come from the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®). The information is supplied by the listing REALTOR® and their board, and is believed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by this site or the brokerage that operates it.

Details change constantly — price, status, availability and photographs. The feed is refreshed frequently but there is always a gap between a change at the board and a change here. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the brokerage before acting on it.

Measurements, lot sizes, taxes, fees and room dimensions are reproduced as published. Where a price is quoted per unit — a commercial lease at a rate per square foot, for instance — the site shows the feed's own wording; it is not a total.

The home-valuation form on this site requests a comparative market analysis from a REALTOR®. It does not produce an automated estimate, and this site never shows one. That is deliberate: the MLS® data licensed here carries active listings only, with no sale prices attached, so any instant figure would be invented.

Market statistics shown anywhere on this site are drawn from what comparable properties are currently asking, not from what they sold for. Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a financial recommendation, or legal or tax advice.

The mortgage calculator is an illustration using the figures you enter. It is not an offer of credit, not a pre-approval, and not a quote.

REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos identify the professional services members of CREA provide.

• Don't scrape, bulk-download or republish the listing data. It is licensed to this site for display to consumers, not for redistribution.
• Don't use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Don't attempt to reach information belonging to other visitors, or any part of the administration area.

Automated request limits are in place on the enquiry, search and save endpoints. Hitting one is not an accusation — it just means slowing down.

Saving a listing asks for an email address and nothing else — no password, and no confirmation. Anyone who enters an address can see the list saved under it on this site. Keep that in mind when deciding what to save, and read the privacy policy for the full explanation.

Saved lists are a convenience, not a record. We may remove them, and listings inside them disappear when the property leaves the feed.

The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, neither the brokerage nor Realtor Web App is liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on information found here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may change. The date at the top of each section shows when that section was last revised; continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
