This corner lot in the Hamlet of Colinton is full of potential, waiting for a new family or investor to spruce it up and make it their own. It is located just 15 min from the Town of Athabasca, on a school bus route and is located across the street from a well maintained park and outdoor skating rink. Trees border the lot on 2 sides, there is room for a good sized garden, and municipal services are right at the mobile. (id:65883)
