6.61 Acres of land in a fabulous location, right on the west edge of the city in Rocky View County. This prime piece of vacant land lies just off the intersection of Upper Springbank Road and Old Banff Coach Road. The land has no services, it does have an old well that has not been used in many years. There are also some derelict old buildings on the land of no value. The Land Use Bylaw for this property is R-RUR allowing for many discretionary uses. Springbank ASP has land designated to Infill residential. The potential here is super high!! (id:65883)
